SM in Gädda individual 2023 decided!

SM in Gädda individual 2023 decided! After several months of qualifying in the Swedish Pike Open, the final and at the same time the SM in Gädda Individually have been decided over the past weekend.

The final place for the six finalists was the waters outside Camp Dragsö Karlskrona. The six finalists Linus Lennartsson, Robert Stener, Kent "Rockabilly" Olsson, Alen Bilic Daniel Löf and Andreas Bergström were met by weather that was not optimal, villages up to 17-18 second meters looked like they could do it all but Camp Dragsös experienced guides had a plan for all weathers and eventualities. The competition area had to be moved a few kilometers and with that it was more than possible to both fish and fish safely.

Early in the competition, Daniel Löf connected the grip, at lunchtime Daniel was leading and he held that lead until the darkness that started at 1400. When the competition ended at 1600, we could state that Daniel's investment in small baits for the really fussy pike was a success and held the whole the road. So, on Saturday we were able to pay tribute to Sweden's second Swedish Pike individual champion ever, Daniel Löf!

In second place and silver medal came Robert Stener! The bronze medal and third place was taken by Alen Bilic! Big congratulations and great fishing by everyone in tough conditions! Here is the award ceremony, broadcast live on Facebook
