These general terms and conditions ("General terms and conditions") apply between you as a user ("User", "you") and Fishy Tech Sweden AB, org. no. 559206-1641, address Ginstvägen 3, 197 34 Bro ("Fishy"), when purchasing registration fees, tickets, products and other services ("Service") provided via Fishy's mobile app or web portal ("payment service").

By using the payment service, you confirm that you have read and accept these General Terms and Conditions. Via the payment service, you can pay registration fees to the organizers/actors available via the website (hereinafter "Organizer", "Organizers"). When purchasing via the payment service, you accept, if applicable, the Organizer's terms of sale and also enter into an agreement directly with the Organizer in question. General about the Services

Fishy sells competition registrations on behalf of the responsible organizer and is itself only an agent. All questions about or claims due to the competition and its implementation must be addressed to the respective competition/organiser.

Fishy operates the payment service and mediates your payment and provides functions related thereto to the Organizers who sell to you. The range of Organizers and Services offered in the User Portal varies from time to time and the User is referred to Fishy's website for updated information on this.

Order and payment

Payment is made online by card or Swish in Swedish kronor. For card payments, we use Svea Ekonomi. We do not store any card details. The purchase process and your personal data are protected with secure SSL encryption between browser and web server.

Order and valid registration fee

All purchases are carried out on the payment service by selecting the fee(s) or products you wish to purchase. Please note that Fishy never accepts purchases via email or phone. Each completed purchase is confirmed with a valid registration fee that is registered in Fishy's database and confirmed via email to the user.

Delivery

Upon registration, a confirmation of the purchase is sent digitally by e-mail and login details to the Fishy Live app. Where applicable, supplementary information may also be required for the competition and a link to a form will be attached to the email. The participant undertakes to follow the Organizer's terms and conditions of participation.

Your obligations as a User of the User Portal

By accepting the Terms and Conditions, you certify that you are at least 18 years old and that there are no obstacles for you to be able to accept these Terms with binding effect. You yourself are responsible for the correctness of the information you provide when using the payment service. You do not have the right to use Fishy's trademarks or company name beyond what is required for the use of the payment service or the Services.

Complaints, comments and right of withdrawal

For any questions about refunds and right of withdrawal you should always contact the Organizer in question directly. You must enter your name and telephone number and other relevant information: e.g. name of Organizer and competition in the message.

If you have any comments on Fishy's service, please contact us via the contact details provided on Fishy's website. As soon as possible after we receive your complaint or opinion, we review the case to identify the problem with the aim of finding a solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. Fishy reserves the right to determine what is considered an appropriate solution in each individual situation.

Right of withdrawal and refunds

Registration for a competition is binding and applies when we have received payment. The right of withdrawal is excluded when registering for sports or cultural events. This means that once the notification/payment is made, the notification is binding. The fee paid is non-refundable. You can read about all exceptions regarding the right of withdrawal in the Act (2005:59) on distance contracts and contracts outside business premises. If you have cancellation insurance, you must contact the insurance company directly.

Any refunds must first be approved in writing by the organizer.

In the case of a refund approved by the Organizer, the Organizer or Fishy will promptly refund the amount attributable to the canceled competition, at the latest within 30 days from when Fishy has arrived at a suitable solution for the refund. Refunds will be made according to the means of payment you used for payment, unless otherwise agreed or Fishy or the organizer is prevented from using such means of payment for any reason.

Personal data management and data protection

Your privacy is important to us. We are therefore keen that the personal data collected about you is stored and handled in a safe and secure manner, and in accordance with data protection legislation. We encourage you to read the information carefully. If you have any questions about how your personal data is handled, please contact us. Our contact details can be found at the end of this information text.

By registering for a competition organized via Fishy, you approve e.g. that the information may be made public. Your personal data such as name and team affiliation will be published on the internet and in the media. By paying the entry fee, you also agree that competition results and the photos collected during the competition may be published.

Responsibility and commitment.

As for the competitions themselves, Fishy is only a service and an agent regarding the registration. Fishy is therefore not responsible for the implementation, quality or content of the competition and thus does not compensate for damage due to a canceled competition or other deficiency in the competition. All questions about or claims due to the competition and its implementation must instead be directed to the responsible organizer. Further information about the responsible organizer can be found via information about the event on Fishy's website. Fishy is also not responsible for and compensates for damage that occurs due to malfunctions, delays, interruptions or other technical circumstances that make it impossible or difficult to use Fishy.nu.

Fishy's right to terminate the Services

Fishy reserves the right to terminate the Services or suspend the use of the payment service for Users who violate these Terms. Such termination may take place immediately and be notified to the User in question by telephone or e-mail.

Applicable law

Swedish law is applied to its terms and conditions and the whole of Fishy.nu.
