Welcome to the SM in Kayak Fishing 2024

Welcome to the Swedish Kayak Fishing Championships, who will be the Swedish champion in 2024?

On the two days, the contestants battle it out to bring up the longest perches and pikes.

There are two options when signing up:

Alt 1: With accommodation in a shared cabin and

Option 2 where you decide on accommodation yourself.

Deadline for registration: 7/9 - No late registration will be accepted

The competition area is at Ruda camping, where all the activities will be, as well as the start and finish. (No car start):

We will therefore stay in the northern/western part of lake Tisnaren, and you can fish in Kalefjärden's FVO and Tisnaren's Västra FVO (there are some prohibited areas that you as a competitor must keep an eye on).

Tisnaren is a clear-water lake that harbors good stocks of perch, pike and zander. Many farms take their water directly from the lake - that's how clean Tisnaren is. The possibility of catching a trophy fish is good - perch one kilo, pike one meter and zander five kilos. In the last two years, zander of eight and ten kilos have been caught. The lake is practically unexplored when it comes to angling for large bream and tench etc. - a place for those interested to explore! Eels up to 2.5 kilos have been caught. Goose are mostly found in the deep parts of the lake - down to 22 meters - and have increased in number.

The competition takes place in lake Tisnaren outside Vingåker.

 
Start and finish: In the water at Ruda camping's beach, no transport may take place on land during the competition

Day 1: 09:00 - 16:00 5 perches. In the evening it will be cozy at the barbecue.

Day 2: 08:00 - 15:00 3 pike. After the finish, there will be an award ceremony.

Prefish: No fishing on or mapping of the competition water from 7/9

We use the competition app Fishy so be sure to download it beforehand and we will shoot the fish with that app.

(You cannot re-register).

Registration fee: SEK 1,350 This includes accommodation (18 beds).

Registration fee: SEK 450. Does not include accommodation.
