This year with a DM status, i.e. 20% gets a place at SM 2025 which is likely to be decided in Grisslehamn but no contract ready yet.

In addition, it is an open KAYAK class, we call the competition the 08-perch kayak.

CONTEST INFORMATION:

Start and finish take place at Traneberg's boat club.

Secretariat before and after the competition at the boat club, during the competition in the Sports Fishermen's premises.

There is an open ramp at Äppelviken (Klövervägen) and at Kanaanbadet/Råcksta. Marked on map with numbers 2 and 3.

Registration and collection of start card and measuring board 07:00-07:30.

Captain's meeting 07:40.

Joint start at a leisurely pace (max 5 knots) 07.50.

Competition time 08:00-15:00.

Competition time Kayak 08.05-1500.

Prevailing speed limits and sea rules apply.

During the race, respect each other and keep a "cast length distance" to the next boat, i.e. about 25 meters.

A life jacket or other flotation garment must be worn at all times during the competition.

A drysuit is recommended in the kayak class.

Only fishing with artificial lures is allowed.

Fish on the measuring board must be photographed so that the length of the fish is clearly visible.

The head towards 0 cm, the caudal fin must NOT be pinched lightly for length registration.

Part of cm is rounded down.

Minimum size 30 cm boat. Minimum size 25 cm Kayak!

Reporting via the Fishy app no later than 15 minutes after catch.

You send in the picture with the comment eg 35 cm, the secretariat sends OK or an adjusted length.

Live position will be reported, last report at 13.00.

Submitted photos received after 3 p.m. are not counted.

The latest time for protest must be in writing to the jury no later than 3:45 p.m.

AFTER THE COMPETITION:

Deadline for submission of scorecards and measuring boards 15.30.

The award ceremony will take place as soon as we get the results in order.

Food and drinks from are included in the entry fee. FREDS pulled pork burger with drink.

Complete results will be presented on the Sportfiskarna website under the results tab.
