So, damn it! No fish directly on ice or snow! Always something under the fish, mat or wide measuring tool or both. Fish caught in freezing temperatures, even just a few, must be scooped, if frostbite is suspected, the fish is rejected Immediately!!!
From now on, the controls of all rules will be tightened, including stops on measuring tools, etc., etc. All the rules are here!
