As it has gotten colder, several fish in SIPO have been rejected, even fish that were previously approved have subsequently been rejected when, on closer inspection, it becomes clear that the fish has not been handled correctly.
So, damn it! No fish directly on ice or snow! Always something under the fish, mat or wide measuring tool or both. Fish caught in freezing temperatures, even just a few, must be scooped, if frostbite is suspected, the fish is rejected Immediately!!!
From now on, the controls of all rules will be tightened, including stops on measuring tools, etc., etc. All the rules are here!
Thanks in advance, now that it's cold we take care of the fish even more!
