Today the final of the Swedish Pike Open has been decided! After the qualifiers, six of Sweden's absolute best pike anglers competed against each other in Blekinge starting from Camp Dragsö!
The race day was marked by difficult conditions, a cold night and after that a day with blazing sun and light winds! During the day we have had contact with lots of pike but hooking them has been difficult! A bit like it should be in a championship!
After only half an hour, Kim Hägglund landed the competition's first fish and by 1200 Kim had tied the knot in the competition! At 1600 Kim was able to sum up eight fish and with that the competition was over!
