We have a new Swedish Champion in Pike Individually! During yesterday's Saturday, funny things happened in Karlskrona! After several months of qualification fishing in the Swedish Pike Open, it was time for the final and crowning of the Swedish Pike Champion.

Daniel Löf, Linus Olsson, Robert Stener, Jan Roger Hegli, Linus Lennartsson and Kent Olsson have all made it to the finals at Camp Dragsö. The final went from 0900 to 1600 with blackout of the results from 1400. The first fish and the sprint prize of SEK 1000 went to Jan Roger Hegli who, after having two contacts, landed the first fish after 19 minutes of competition. During the day it developed into a "fight" between Jan Roger Hegli, Linus Olsson and Daniel Löf where Linus and Daniel finally pulled away.

In the last hours, both Daniel Löf and Linus Olsson fished really well. Daniel finally got hold of the competition and fished crazy well at the end and managed to secure the victory with 18 pikes. Big congratulations to Daniel, who for the second time can now title himself Swedish Pike Champion Individually! Second was Linus Olsson and in third place we find Jan Roger Hegli.
